According to Vedic scriptures, we are all individual souls that are a part of the eternal soul or the divine consciousness. Or a part of this whole world made up of galaxies, stars, elements, beings and things.
Our journey as souls is a journey of experiences full of happiness, sadness, pain, and contentment to expand our consciousness just like our brain learns science of things to move ahead in life.
our journey is not an individual journey but a collective journey with everyone, everything and the circumstances around us to grow our soul. Just as different parts of the body work together to keep the body functioning and grow; as souls it is our karma to help other souls on their journey.
We may look different, think differently, and have different ways of living, but at the core, we are all souls.
When we help others, we not only assist them in their journey, but we also feel a sense of fulfillment and happiness within ourselves. Similarly, when we see others in pain or suffering, we feel their pain, and it is our responsibility to help alleviate it.
This philosophy of helping others is not just limited to humans but extends to all living beings. We must treat all living beings with compassion and kindness, just as we would want to be treated.
In conclusion, the concept of the soul reminds us of our interconnectedness and the importance of helping each other on our journey. By doing so, we not only fulfill our duty as souls but also create a more compassionate and harmonious world for all living beings.
