Here is a brief overview of each of the softwares / website we use to manage all of that we do with every record since we started:
Zoho: Zoho is a suite of cloud-based applications designed to help businesses manage their operations more efficiently. It includes tools for accounting, customer relationship management, project management, and more. And the best part is that it is free for limited tasks which works well if the load is not too high. We manage all our invoices, receipts, expenses, admissions, vaccination and treatment records through zoho crm.
Wix: Wix is a website builder that allows users to create professional-looking websites without needing to know how to code. It offers a wide range of templates and customization options, as well as hosting services.
Google Drive: Google Drive is a cloud-based storage service that allows users to store and share files online. It offers a range of productivity tools, including Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides, that can be accessed and edited collaboratively.
Phillips: Phillips is the choice when it comes to surveillance round the clock, with wide view and clear picture, recording, snapshots, two way voice and siren for emergency. We have indoor cameras installed inside our critical areas and outdoor cameras installed to watch every nook and corner.
Canva: Canva is a web-based graphic design platform that allows users to create graphics, presentations, social media posts, and other types of visual content. It offers a range of templates, design tools, and stock images that can be used to create professional-looking designs. It is free for NGOs, you just need to register as a non profit and provide the documents.
Telegram: Telegram is a cloud-based instant messaging app that offers a range of features, including group chats, voice calls, and file sharing. It's often used as a communication tool for remote teams or for managing daily work.
WhatsApp: WhatsApp is a popular messaging app that allows users to send text messages, voice messages, and make voice and video calls. It's often used for community connect and discussion, particularly for groups with a shared interest or cause. Although, not so organised and flexible, but the wide usage makes it easy to reach out.
Razorpay: Razorpay is an Indian payment gateway that offers a range of payment solutions, including payment links, payment gateway APIs, and payment processing services. It's often used by businesses to accept online payments from customers. It is the only platform, to allow auto-debit with credit card, debit card and UPI mandates. The sign up process is super easy, and customer support is quick and excellent.
Townscript: Townscript is a software platform designed for event organizers. It offers a range of features, including ticketing and registration, event marketing tools, and analytics to help event organizers manage their events more efficiently.
Inkmonk: Inkmonk is an online printing service that allows users to create and order customized printed products, including business cards, banners, and t-shirts. It offers a range of design tools and templates to help users create professional-looking designs.
